Seven years after its adoption, the DSM Directive is undergoing its scheduled review. The European Commission is assessing whether the Directive has met its objectives and whether reform is needed. At COMMUNIA, we have asked ourselves the same questions – and presented our findings during our latest COMMUNIA Salon.

The event, moderated by Paul Keller, brought together representatives from the European Commission and civil society to discuss how the Directive has been implemented across the EU and what lessons can be drawn ahead of the Commission’s review process.

In case you could not join us or want to re-visit the discussions, you can find the recording of the event as well as a writeup of the key points of the discussions in our event blogpost.
