Policy Fellow

Sam is Policy Fellow at COMMUNIA. He was first exposed to the challenges of open science at the KU Leuven University Open Access department and subsequently spent the last seven years in the Belgian cultural heritage sector promoting openGLAM principles. At COMMUNIA Sam will be working on developing solutions to the copyright-related challenges that knowledge institutions, such as universities, schools and libraries, face in the digital environment. His favourite policy recommendations are #2 and #9.
