Giuditta Giardini

Giuditta Giardini is a lawyer serving as a consultant to the Antiquities Trafficking Unit at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office. She holds an LL.M. from Columbia Law School and is a Ph.D. candidate at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan. Before moving to New York, she worked for the Unidroit Secretariat focusing on the 1995 Unidroit Convention on Stolen or Illegally Exported Cultural Objects. She writes for the Arteconomy page of the financial newspaper Il Sole24Ore and is a member of ICOM and ELI.
