Teresa Hackett is Copyright and Libraries Programme Manager at EIFL where she oversees the delivery of a copyright service for libraries in over 35 developing and transition economy countries. With over 25 years working on public interest copyright reforms at national, European and international levels, Teresa participated in negotiations at WIPO that led to the adoption of the landmark Marrakesh Treaty for persons with print disabilities, and she has contributed to 30 nations joining the treaty.
