Eduardo Leonardo Dos Santos

Eduardo the national coordinator in Portugal of Knowledge Rights 21. He is an attorney-at-law in Lisbon and former president of the Portuguese digital rights organization D3 – Defesa dos Direitos Digitais. He has been involved in copyright-related policy, advocacy and campaigning since the EU CDSM Directive. He holds a Master’s degree in Law from NOVA School of Law in Lisbon, where he is also a researcher at the NOVA Knowledge Centre on Intellectual Property & Sustainable Innovation (NOVA IPSI).
